Support living is for clients for those who live independently or are in need of minimal assistance, supported living provides individualized services selected by the people themselves and determined by their needs.

 

We help with medication administration, household upkeep, medical appointments, personal care, wellness, safety, recreation, community integration, transportation, financial management and nutrition on an as-needed basis.

 Safelift 24 hour care are for those who require comprehensive service, full care support provides a family- type home and hands on assistance with everyday tasks. Care is provided in a mainstay home where we lend a hand with all aspects of daily living while helping the person achieve maximum independence.

 

The level of support is determined by the person's needs and may include medication administration, household upkeep, attending medical appointments, transportation, money management, personal care, nutrition needs, wellness, safety, community integration, and recreation.
